Leona L Sievers

Leona L. Sievers, 78, of Litchfield, IL, passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at 4:35 A.M. at Jerseyville Manor in Jerseyville, IL.

She was born on June 23, 1941 in Litchfield, IL, a daughter of the late Charles & Leona (Buesser) Sievers.

Leona graduated from Litchfield High School and went on to attend the University of Illinois and the Southern University of Illinois.

She worked at Scott Air Force base as a secretary and later at Olin as a project manager in Alton, IL.

Leona played softball on a traveling, minor league softball team. In her spare time, Leona enjoyed playing golf and photography.

She is survived by her

She was preceded in death by her parents and 2 brothers-in- law.

The Litchfield Family Funeral Service has the honor of serving the family.
