Christine (Gusman) Lucas

Christine Lucas, 59, of Litchfield, IL passed away Wednesday, January 8, 2014. She was born on December 21, 1954 in St. Charles, IL, the daughter of the late Trinidad & Lucy (Ayala) Gusman of St. Charles, IL. She and John Lucas have been together since 1977. In her spare time, Christine enjoyed doing crafts, puzzles, word searches, and crosswords. She also enjoyed visiting friends and playing card games with her family. Christine was known for being family orientated and for always being happy. Christine had a big heart and persevered through any obstacle that she may have encountered. 

She is survived by her husband, John Lucas of Litchfield

                        Dolores Bowman of Sycamore, IL 

Christine was preceded in death by her parents & 2 brothers, Charlie &    Alex Gusman.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at Litchfield Family Funeral Service in Litchfield, IL. The Very Rev. James Neuman, V.F. , will officiate. Visitation will be held from 9:00 until service time in the funeral home. Cremation will follow. The family suggests memorials be directed to the family of Christine Lucas c/o John Lucas.
