Cletus Edward Hess

Cletus Edward Hess, 87, of Litchfield, IL, passed away Thursday, October 3, 2024, at his home in Litchfield, IL.  

Cletus was born August 9, 1937, in Litchfield, IL, a son of William  and Josephine Arth Hess. Cletus graduated from St. Jacob High School.  

Cletus was the first Salesman for Seiver Equipment. Then he was the owner of the John Deere dealership in  Nokomis, IL,  from 1963-1970.  Cletus was raised in the Catholic Church.

  
Cletus was preceded in death by his parents, a brother and a sister.  

There will be no services for Cletus Edward Hess.

Cletus is survived by his son, Perry (Marla) Hess of Bettendorf, IA, son, Eric (Kelly) Hess of Edwardsville, IL, grandchildren; Alexander, Jacob, Kayla, and five great-grandchildren.
