Cody N. DeWitt

18, of Litchfield, passed away Saturday December 24, 2011.Cody was born on November 10, 1993 in Litchfield to Todd DeWitt and Cathy (Shaw) DeWitt.Cody was a senior at Litchfield High School and enjoyed studying construction. He was an avid outdoorsman, where he loved to hunt, fish, canoe and cut wood. In his spare time you could find Cody with his friends cruising in his 1988 Chevy pick-up truck or going to Gpa's.Cody is survived by his parents, Todd DeWitt of Litchfield and Cathy (Shaw) DeWitt of Litchfield; brother, Benjamin DeWitt of Litchfield; grandparents, Herschel DeWitt (Connie) of Butler, IL and Jerry Shaw (Diana) of Litchfield, as well as several aunuts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 28, 2011 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Litchfield Family Funeral Service, Litchfield, IL.Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2011 at 9:30 a.m. at Litchfield Family Funeral Service.Burial will take place in Crabtree Cemetery, Litchfield.Memorials are suggested to the family.
