Dale E. Weller, Jr.

Dale E. Weller Jr., 74,  of Litchfield, IL, passed away Monday, April 14, 2025, at his home in Litchfield, IL.  

Dale was born May 22, 1950, in Litchfield, IL, a son of Dale E. and Regina Orblish Weller. Dale graduated from Litchfield High School with the class of 1968.  He married Diane L. Westbrook but they later divorced.  
 
Dale worked as a union painter for over 35 years.  He loved to work on cars and spent time gardening. He was a 50-year member of the Litchfield Moose Club. Dale enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.   He was a lifetime Blood Donor and that was very important to him.   He was well  known for his  Weller's All Purpose Sauce.  Dale was a huge fan of the Three Stooges.

Dale was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, 9-11 am at Litchfield Family Funeral Service, 700 South State St.,  Litchfield, IL.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 11 am, Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at Litchfield Family Funeral Service, Litchfield, IL.

Burial will follow in Elm Lawn Cemetery, Litchfield, IL.

Dale is survived by his daughters; Linn Fullington, Collinsville, IL, Wendy J. Glauber, Gillespie, IL., Lacey M. (Jeremey) Reisinger of  Benld, IL, son, Joseph Weller of Litchfield, IL, three grandchildren, sister, Carol Weller of Sherman, IL, and one nephew.

Memorials may be made to The Litchfield Moose Club.
