Denise Louann (Finger) Gipson

Denise Louann Gipson, 61 of Litchfield, passed away Sunday, August 10, 2025, at her home in Litchfield, IL.  

Denise was born November 5, 1963, in Milwaukee, WI, a daughter of Elmer and  Delores (Phillips) Finger. She graduated from Gillespie High School with the class of 1980.  She married Jim Gipson on  December 12, 2000, in the Montgomery County Courthouse. 

Denise was employed at a Social Worker for the State of Illinois in Carlinville, IL.  After working for 31 years, she retired in 2015. 

Denise was preceded in death by her parents and 2 sisters.

There will be no services for Denise Louann Gipson.

Denise is survived by her husband, Jim Gipson of Litchfield, IL, two sisters, and several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to Litchfield Food Pantry.
