Donald Paul "Don" Jones

80, of Burleson, TX; Formerly of Litchfield, a retired division manager for Radio Shack passed away pecefully on Friday January 13, 2012 at his home with his family by his side. Don was born May 27, 1931 in Litchfield, IL to Hattie Fern Billiter Jones and Fred Pierce. He married Betty Morgan on January 8, 1956. He was a loveing husband, father and grandfather. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. Don had an incredible sense of humor; He was honest, unforgettable and was a great provider. He was a great mentor and adored by all. He loved to travel in his RV with N.U.M.C. He was a former member of the Lions Club, Masonic Lodge, Moslah Shrine, and Toastmasters Club of Fort Worth. In liew of flowers please donate to the charity of your choice. Don was preceded in death y his parents and one brother. Don had a quest for knowledge and a zest for life.

Survivors: Wife of 56 years, Betty Jones of Burleson, Children, Jenny, Jeff, Mike and wife Jane, Jody: wonderful Grandkids, Tiffany, Jaycob, Jessica, Caden, Tayla, Brandon, Caleb and Brian; Great Grandkids; extended family and friends.

Funeral service: 2:00 P.M. Saturday January  21, 2012 at mountain Valley Funeral Home Chapel. Internment: Cedar Ridge Cemetery in Litchfield, IL Tuesday, January 24, 2012.
