Harold was born on April 3, 1950 first son to Harold Bedford and Dorothy Jean (Willis) Finley at Cairo, IL.He was a member of Litchfield Moose Club-Loom Member. Harold was an avid St Louis Cardinal and Blues fan and loved to ride his bike threw the streets of Litchfield, especially on his way to his favorite fishing hole.Harold is survived by his best friend and caregiver - Debbie Miller of Litchfield, IL; daughter - Debbie Johns of Litchfield, IL; son - Eric Rabich of Litchfield, IL; 2 grandchildren Gaberial Lynn and Eric Lee Rabich, 2 sisters, Linda Hanneke of St. Louis, MO, Debbie Rice husband Mike Punta Gorda, FL; 2 brothers - Terry Finley of Litchfield, IL, Robert Miller and friend Carol List of Litchfield, IL and several nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by brother, Jerry Lee Finley, father, Harold Bedford Finley, mother, Dorothy Jean (Willis) Finley.

Visitation will be held Sunday, November 13, 2011 4:00-6:00 pm with a Memorial Service to follow at 6:00 pm at Litchfield Family Funeral Service.Litchfield Family Funeral Service is serving the Finley family at 700 South State Street, Litchfield, IL. 217-324-3322
