Kathryn E. (Karrick) Georgewitz

Kathryn E. Georgewitz, 74, of Litchfield, IL, passed away Wednesday, July 4, 2018 at 11:38 A.M. at her residence in Litchfield, IL.

She was born on August 28, 1943 in Carlinville, IL, a daughter of Robert Dale & Velma Faye Harms Bridges.

Kathryn was a Certified Nursing Assistant at the Carlinville Heritage Manor.

In her leisure time she enjoyed crocheting and playing bingo.

She is survived by her children, David Pitchford of Litchfield, IL, Dawn Farris of Hornsby, IL, Dee Hasenjaeger of Litchfield, and Justin Georgewitz of Godfrey, IL.; 9 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren; brothers, Terry & Ronnie Bridges.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Shirley Morris.

The family suggests memorials be directed to the American Diabetes Association.

Private Family Graveside services will be held at a later date.
