Minnie A. Hartke

93, of Litchfield, passed away on Saturday April 28, 2012 at St. Francis Hospital in Litchfield.She was born on October 12, 1918 to Henry and Freda (Doll) Boden in Litchfield. Minnie was a homemaker and a farm wife. On November 8, 1942 she married Harold Hartke. He preceded her in death on May 15, 1992.Minnie was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Litchfield.Mrs. Hartke is survived by 3 daughters - Arlene Carter (husband, Bob) of Carlinville, Carolyn Norman of Gainsville, Florida, and Vicki Allen (husband Dave) of Carlinville; 4 Grandchildren - Chad Norman, Bobby Carter, Kelly McLaughlin, and Amanda Allen; 3 Great-Grandchildren - Jake Carter, Jillian McLaughlin, and Cayden Norman; several nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister, Eileen Hartke, and brother, Bill Boden.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 01, 2012 from 9:00 - 11:00 am at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Litchfield, with the funeral service following at 11:00 am. Rev. Ken Sandlin will officiate.Burial will be in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in Litchfield.Memorials are suggested to the Trinity Lutheran Church. The Hartke family is being served by the Litchfield Family Funeral Service.
