Norma L. (Steward) Carlsen

Norma L. Carlsen, 74, of Litchfield, IL, passed away on November 10, 2025, at St. John's Hospital in Springfield, IL.  
  
Norma was born on May 6, 1951, to Andrew and Louise (Bolton) Steward at Alton, IL.   On October 30, 1981, she married Charles "Bill" Carlsen at Rantoul, IL. They made their home and raised their family in Litchfield, IL.
  
Norma was a homemaker who loved to crochet and do diamond paintings.  She loved her grandkids, her pets, and animals.
  
Norma is survived by her husband, stepdaughter, Tina (John) Ervin of Dover, DE; son, Tommy Allred, Jr. of Godfrey, IL; eleven grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; three brothers, Ronnie Steward, Pat Steward, Bob Steward, Matt Steward; sister, Midge Hopper, and "daughter in law", Peggy Adams. 
  
Norma was preceded in death by parents, son James Sexton, daughter Samantha England, and brothers, Jim and Andy Steward.
  
Visitation will be held Monday, November 17, 2025, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at Litchfield Family Funeral Service, Litchfield, IL.
     
Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 17, 2025, 12:00 pm at the Litchfield Family Funeral Service, Litchfield, IL.
  
Burial will take place in the Elmwood Cemetery, Litchfield, IL.
