Pam S. (Blankenship) O'Keefe

Pam S. O'Keefe, 66 of Litchfield, Illinois passed away Wednesday afternoon, June 14, 2023, at her residence in Litchfield, IL.  
Pam was born September 12, 1956, in St. Louis, MO, a daughter of John and Mary (Nelle) Blankenship. 
She had been in the billing department at Charter Communications for several years before retiring.
Pam enjoyed scrap booking and knitting in her spare time.  She was an avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and enjoyed watching them on television.
Her grandchildren gave her great joy, watching them grow up and spending as much time as she could with them.
Pam was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Jim Blankenship.  
Services will be held in St. Louis, MO at a later date.
Pam is survived by her daughter, Rebecca (Edward) Skaggs of Licking, MO, son, Patrick Wayne (Heather) O'Keefe of Litchfield, IL, son, Brian ((significant other, Sonya)) O'Keefe of Litchfield, IL, 12 grandchildren, Tyler, Kaylin, Kayleigh, Dylan, Sean, Dominic, LJ, Aubrey, D.J., Verona, Bailey, Abby and Savannah, great-granddaughter, Aubrey, brother, Rick (Barb) Blankenship of St. Louis, MO, brother, Keith (Linda) Blankenship of O'Fallon, MO, several nieces, nephews, and sister-in-law Mary Ann Blankenship.
Memorials may be made to Leukemia Foundation.
