Susan E (Meyer) Nowell

Susan E. Nowell, 65, of Litchfield, IL passed away Monday, March 9, 2020 at 11:10 P.M. at her residence in Litchfield, IL.

She was born on December 31, 1954, a daughter of the late Robert and Edna E. (Bracken) Meyer.

On November 22, 1972 she married Louis E. Nowell in Carlinville, IL, and he survives.

In her early years, she worked at several different factories, and then went on to be a homemaker, raising her three sons. Susan enjoyed doing crafts with her grandchildren and making beautiful, decorative wreaths for holidays and special occasions. She was also a florist and baked and decorated several wedding cakes.

Sons,           Louis “Louie” (Julie) Nowell of Litchfield, IL

                     Andy (Stephanie) Nowell of Columbia, IL

                     Levi (Katie) Nowell of Litchfield, IL

 8 Grandchildren,             Kayla, Brandon, Levi, Jr., Abigail, Kasey, Drew, Zander and Tristen

Brothers,                          Robert (Brenda) Meyer of Ridgeland, SC

                                         Charles (Sheila) Wall of Mt. Ollive, IL

                                          Adam Wall of Mt. Olive, IL

Several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Terry Meyer & Sister, Amy Wall.
