Thelma (Williams) Fleming

Thelma Fleming, 84, of South Hill, VA, formerly of Litchfield, IL, passed away Tuesday, September 26, 2025, in South Hill, VA.  

She was born August 3, 1941, in Jewel Valley, VA, a daughter of John and Edith Rhoten Williams. Thelma graduated from War, West Virginia with the class of 1959.  She married Kip Fleming in 1990, and they had no children. 

Thelma worked at AT&T for over 40 years, starting out as an operator and eventually becoming a supervisor, until her retirement. She enjoyed traveling, reading books and spending time with her pets.

Thelma was preceded in death by her husband, Kip Fleming, father, John Williams, and mother, Edith Williams.

A graveside Service will be held on Saturday October 25, 2025, at 3:30 P.M. at Elmwood Cemetery, burial will follow the service.

Thelma is survived by her sister, Shirley Reinfurth of La Porte, IN, several nieces and nephews.
