Tommy Lee Forsythe, infant son of Tommy and Kylie (Fiscor) Forsythe, passed away, Friday, February 14, 2020 at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO.

He is survived by his parents, both of Litchfield, IL

Maternal grandparents, Sheila & Brian Budd of Litchfield, IL

Richard & Kristy Furman of AZ

Paternal grandparents, David & Tammy Forsythe of Bunker Hill, IL
